Comedian Sunil tuned as a Hero plays the lead role in KSD Appalaraju while Swati and Sakshi playing the female lead roles in 'Katha, Screenplay, Darsakatvam, Appalaraju'directed by Ram Gopal Varma and produced by Koneru Kiran Kumar on the banner of Shreya Productions.Several dupes are used for the film. However, it is shown that a reliable Raviteja is playing a small role in this film and at present some scenes are shot with Raviteja.
